Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before deploying or accessing software services, portals, and cloud integrations engineered by Elzynor Global Pvt. Ltd.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or integrating Elzynor Global platforms, custom software installations, and cognitive API services, you agree to comply with our unified enterprise terms. If you act on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind said entity.
2. Intellectual Property
All proprietary codebases, patents, and software modules developed by our divisions (such as AI Solutions and Future SaaS Platforms) remain the property of Elzynor Global unless explicitly transferred via separate signed intellectual property assignments.
3. Service Boundaries
Our systems are provided for lawful corporate operations. Reverse engineering of compiled cognitive algorithms, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing API limiters is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for termination of support SLAs.
4. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Elzynor Global Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service suspensions, network disruptions, or integration errors.
